Biography
Jay graduated from MIT in 2013 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, where he did his undergraduate thesis on improving the manufacturability of welded plate loop-heat pipes. His M.S. research was on the fabrication and characterization of an intra-chip device for high heat flux cooling utilizing phase change. His doctoral work is on the flow boiling of low surface temperature fluids. His interests are in thermal fluids, specifically pertaining to energy generation, storage, and usage.
