Biography
James joined the DRL in September 2025 after receiving his Ph.D. from MIT. His doctoral research focused on mechanisms of solar evaporation in desalination and polymer materials in heat and mass transport applications. At the DRL, he is currently working on geothermal systems, separations, and advanced power electronic cooling technologies.
