Biography

D’Arcy earned her B.S. and M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University, where she researched lithium-ion battery degradation in the Chueh Lab. Before starting her PhD at MIT, she worked as an Electrochemical Engineer at Electric Hydrogen, focusing on PEM electrolyzer performance and degradation. Her current research explores critical mineral separations and geothermal systems at the intersection of materials science and mechanical engineering.
